For non-defective returns, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with all included accessories. Personalized items are excluded. For change-of-mind returns, customers cover the return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee or deduct the original outbound shipping cost from orders that qualified for free shipping.
