Privacy policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how KEAIART LIMITED (“KEAIART,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit keaiart.com, place an order, create an account, or contact us.

KEAIART LIMITED is based in Hong Kong and is responsible for the personal information we process in connection with our store, including as a data controller where applicable.

Your privacy matters. We use personal information to operate our store, fulfil orders, provide customer support, and understand and improve our website and advertising. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@keaiart.com.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we collect:

  • Contact and account information: your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, and information you provide when creating an account.
  • Order and transaction information: products purchased, order details, payment status, delivery information, and records of returns, refunds, or other requests. Payment details are processed by the payment providers available at checkout; the information available to us depends on the payment method used.
  • Customer communications: information, photographs, or other materials you choose to send when contacting us.
  • Device and browsing information: IP address, browser and device details, cookie identifiers, referring pages, pages and products viewed, and interactions with our website and advertisements.
  • Privacy preferences: choices and requests you submit concerning your personal information.

We receive information directly from you, automatically through website technologies, and from providers that help us process payments, fulfil orders, operate our store, and measure advertising. If you provide another person’s details for a gift delivery, please ensure you are authorised to provide them.

2. How We Use Information

  • Process payments, fulfil orders, arrange deliveries, and handle returns and refunds.
  • Manage customer accounts and respond to questions or support requests.
  • Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and other service-related messages.
  • Maintain and improve our website, products, and shopping experience.
  • Understand website usage and measure the effectiveness of advertising.
  • Support relevant advertising through Google and Meta, subject to applicable privacy requirements and choices.
  • Detect fraud, protect our services, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

We do not currently send promotional email campaigns. Emails relating to your purchases, account, or customer service requests are service communications.

Some information is necessary to process an order or provide support. If you do not provide it, we may be unable to complete the requested service.

3. Legal Grounds for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform a contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as store security and service improvement where those interests are not overridden by your rights, or with your consent where required.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before consent was withdrawn.

4. How We Share Information

We disclose personal information as needed for the purposes described in this policy to the following categories of recipients:

  • Store and service providers: Shopify, payment providers, hosting and technical providers, and providers supporting customer communications.
  • Fulfilment partners: partners and carriers that prepare, ship, and deliver orders.
  • Analytics and advertising partners: Google and Meta, as described below.
  • Legal and professional recipients: advisers, regulators, authorities, or other parties where necessary to meet legal requirements, prevent fraud, or protect legal rights.

Information may also be disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, or transfer of our business, subject to applicable confidentiality and privacy requirements.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide store services and may also process information for its own purposes when you use its services. Learn more in Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

Our website uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. Some support essential functions such as shopping carts, checkout, and security. Others help analyse visits and measure or personalise advertising. Non-essential technologies are subject to consent requirements where applicable.

  • Google Analytics: helps us understand how visitors find and use our website.
  • Google Ads: helps us promote our products and measure advertising results. Depending on the features enabled and applicable choices, it may also support personalised advertising.
  • Meta/Facebook Pixel: helps measure website activity and advertising results and may support relevant advertising on Meta services, including Facebook and Instagram.

Depending on the integration, settings, and applicable choices, these services may receive online identifiers, device information, pages visited, and shopping events such as product views, add-to-cart actions, and purchases. These providers may associate information with other information they hold, in accordance with their policies.

Disclosures to advertising partners may constitute “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for “targeted advertising” under certain privacy laws, even where no money is exchanged. Where applicable, you have the right to opt out of those activities.

6. Your Privacy Choices

You can contact support@keaiart.com to submit a privacy request, including an applicable request to withdraw consent or opt out of advertising-related data sharing. You can also use any privacy preference controls presented on our website.

  • Browser controls: your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies. Disabling essential cookies may affect store functionality.
  • Google advertising preferences: visit Google My Ad Center.
  • Google Analytics: Google offers a browser opt-out add-on for supported browsers.
  • Meta advertising preferences: manage your choices through Facebook Ad Preferences or your Meta account settings.

Provider and browser settings have different scopes and may apply only to a particular account, browser, or device. Turning off personalised advertising does not remove all advertising or necessarily stop all analytics and advertising measurement.

7. International Processing

We operate from Hong Kong and use providers that operate internationally. Your personal information may be processed in Hong Kong, Canada, the United States, and other countries where our providers operate. Privacy laws in these locations may differ from those in your country.

International transfers are subject to applicable data protection requirements, including any required transfer safeguards. You may contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your personal information.

8. How Long We Keep Information

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Relevant factors include whether you have an account or an outstanding order, the need to provide support, legal and accounting requirements, fraud prevention, and the handling of disputes.

Retention periods vary by information type and purpose. A deletion request may be subject to legal exceptions, including requirements to retain certain transaction records.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to, or a copy of, your personal information.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion or restrict certain processing.
  • Receive information in a portable format, where applicable.
  • Object to processing or withdraw consent.
  • Opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising as defined by applicable law.
  • Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request, where applicable.
  • Complain to the relevant privacy or data protection authority.

To exercise a right or submit an appeal, email support@keaiart.com. We may need to verify your identity and, where applicable, an authorised agent’s authority. Please do not send passwords or full payment card details. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

10. Security and Third-Party Links

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information. However, no method of online transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.

Our website may link to third-party websites or services. Their handling of personal information is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our online purchasing services are intended for adults. Children should not submit personal information or make purchases without a parent or guardian’s involvement. If you believe a child has provided personal information that we should not hold, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12. Policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services, practices, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
