We are proud to bring our customers great value and service. We use a shipping service called Yunexpress, 4PXexpress, EMS and ePacket to ship orders.
We can ship worldwide but mainly to North America, Europe, and Oceania.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of these countries we will contact you. (For Parcels being shipped to Korea, please Provide a custom clearance code or date of birth for non Korean nationals, Brazil users please provide CPF number)
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
KEAIart are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that you take full responsibility of custom fees once the order arrives at its country of destination.(Under normal circumstances, we will declare the product price according to the customs situation, which can avoid you to pay customs duties)
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
PRE-ORDER ORDER
The shipping date for pre-order orders differs from the shipping date for other products. You can check the details page of the pre-order product to know when it will be shipped.
TRACKING STATES “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
It can take shipping companies 3-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us (via email.)

Shipping time varies by location, for large-size products, we usually indicate the estimated delivery time on the product details page.
